We accept credit and debit cards;Apple Pay;Google Pay; PayPal and so on.

1. We sent the item to your Ebay address.
2. As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make a order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden
charges.
3. For USA buyers: shipment will be within 2 days after we got your full payment . normally it takes 15-45 days to your country.
4. For other countries buyers:shipment will be within 2 days when your payment cleared via post airmail. There is no tracking code for
your order if the amount is above $50,if you want it, you need to pay for extra $4 .Our estimated shipping time is 25-35 days to some European countries,other remote countries is 35-65 days.
5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the
holiday season.
Usually it will take approximately 15 30 working days to most of countries.If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from
payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer
satisfaction!(Other countries or remote areas such as Brazil and Russia may take longer.)

Returns

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same

condition as received.

Attention:

– Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee;we will pay for sending the item back to customer. If you ask for a refund during

valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.

The exception is that it’s obvious our fault such as sending the wrong item or the item is defective on arrival.

– We suggest that ask professional to install products and contact us when installing issue happened. However, we are not responsible for

installing or uninstalling.

Damage or missing components

– Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before sending out. Please check the package before the courier leaves.

If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos & your contact number to us within 5

days.

– If products possibly damage during delivery, customers have to report in 5 days with your contact number and photo showing damage.

Meanwhile, it may take about 15 days for the shipping company to investigate the case, thanks for your understanding.
