Come Christmas time, we couldn’t find a smaller Turkey for just the two of us, we happened to get a 20 pounder. That wouldn’t have fit in my older fryer but it fit in just perfectly. As always with a new unit, I’m learning where to put my thermometers to best measure the oil temperatures as well as the meat temperature, but even without that the bird came out great.
